After receiving a motorcycle with a scratched, dented and crooked gas tank (along with a myriad of other issues) customer service gave me the option of shipping the bike back (freight was to be paid by me) and they would refund my initial purchase price and deduct a substantial restocking fee. I found this extremely unfair as the bike was not received in new condition as promised. I placed a chargeback in with my credit card company due to their lack of assistance. The new manager then agreed to pay for the return shipping and refund me the full amount upon receiving the bike and closing the chargeback. The bike was confirmed received and the chargeback has been confirmed closed for over a month and every time we call, they give us an excuse as to why they still cannot issue the refund. They are holding $2,199 of my money hostage.

After speaking to the customer service manager, Manny, he has stated that my refund has been initiated. Our conversation was pleasant and I am pleased with the promised outcome.
