BELOVED EXPERIENTIAL is a horrible, unprofessional company! This is the 2nd year I've attempted to do business with them. I worked a Coke Zero promo a few years back and had so much trouble getting paid.
I worked for them this year (2010), my contact Nichola Ortiz, was great through the booking process. She made sure I responded to her emails, if for some reason I didn't, she'd contact me via telephone and leave a voicemail.
After the promo was worked, I waited a month and a half to contact them and ask when they thought I'd receive payment. I was told "when we get paid by "company", you will receive your check. I responded that thank you for your reply but that still doesn't answer my questions.
Months down the line I have had NO CONTACT from Belovedxp whatsoever. They do not respond to voicemails, don't answer their phone or emails. It' is IMPOSSIBLE to get a LIVE BEING!
My final emails stated that if I do not hear back from them I will seek legal counsel.
Please think twice before doing business with this company.

They are the most unprofessional group ever. I couldn't possibly operate with a company of such low integrity. To all the ladies and men of the promo world... Stay away from this company no matter what the rebuttals back say or who they are written from...
When push comes to shove and you need your money...unfortuantly they can't come through. They take advantage of the flexability of the contract and they know it. If they have been successful in business for 15 years then they should be able to pay us on time if not early and should have a regular working phone system.
If another promotion is available that weekend definatly work that one instead! At least they will pay you back in 4-6 weeks not wait until it's convienent for them !?!!
Or is it the owner paying his bills instead ?? ...
Someone is definatly getting paid.
Ladies and Gents as a hot promo person who get's booked for all the great promotions and hooks up friends (WooHoo)....I'll never do it again with beloved.
We must all respect ourselves and most companies in this industry do respect us as well..

The owner Wagner dos Santos seems to have been successful but I dont really view a person as successful who doesnt make sure his people (BA's / Team Leads) are protected. It's either him that is greedy or the office staff that is lazy. I love marketing and promotions (for real, for real) but not with Beloved Agency.

Just to Back you up, My boss, 6 other BA's, 2 Massage therapists, my brother and I all have not received payment for the same Minute Maid job that we all worked together. you are not alone. I was told by beloved that they were all paid and up to date. Not at all true. I'm still waiting on over $800!! where's my check Beloved?? Please pay me. It's been over 2 months since I last worked!?!
