Hired RAUL BELTRAN, Beltran Construction Littleon, CO for concrete and drywall work. Paid almost $7000 some of which was supposed to be deposit on drywall materials. Didn't finish concrete work and never delivered drywall which $1000 was paid for materials.
Lied about paying Home Depot for materials and when they returned his deposit he would return the $1000. Over one monthe ago and he has not returned the money, refuses to complete the concrete work and habitually lies about deposit on the materials.
