The site promises personal attention.
Answering 4 e-mails with the same FAQ sheet is hardly that.
I was double billed and asked for one amount to be credited.....never happened.
You are never told the conditions on downloads. That being they have no mirrors and if interrupted or put on pause will stop that download.
To make matters worse, this one download takes two downloads off your account.
The downloads are also time sensitive.....you must complete them in 2 weeks.
This is unrealistic given the above, if one failed download takes off all your chances!

This site promises a "money-back" guarentee. Kinda tough when they give no telepone number and won't answer an e-mail of any type!
Then to make matters worse, they took my money two times for the same download access to songs!
A double Rip-Off!
