The owner of Belize Ocean Club has owed my client money for months for marketing services. The amount os $62,000.

Everything is documented and agreement of payment has been agreed it is owed. it is costantly being delayed.

Unfortunataley, there are several facts that Mr Mason / Baleize Ocean Club has left out.

In the contract with my client, BenMason/Belize Ocean Club have not fulfilled their duties including:

a. Either party commits any breach of this agreement including neglect of that party’s duties under this Agreement and such breach remains non-remedied for 30 days after notice of such breach has been given by the non-defaulting party.

b. Where the conduct of Developer or Agent is likely to have a serious or detrimental effect on the others business or affairs

c. Where Developer or Agent commits any acts of dishonestly, fraud or theft.

d. Where the business practise, or unsatisfactory service delivery of Developer is likely to have a serious or detrimental effect upon Agent’s business or reputation.

 

Mr Mason /Belize Ocean Club has committed all of the above. Its very simple, shall we simply bring forward investors to this website who can confirm that the above actions took place?  My client and I have communciated with many of them. One of them is my clients direct investor.

Furthermore my client has orignally recieved in writing that more than a dozen units were avalale to market, then suddenly none were available, thus providing no opportunity for my client to earn revenues as promised as perhis contract wth Ben Mason/Belize Ocean Club.

The most unexplainable part is why is Mr Mason/Belize Ocean Club willing to arbitirate when they say they have done no wrong?

As compensation, my client was offerred a building lot in another develeoment of Mr Mason where original buyers 7+ years later still do not have deeds to their land nor the house build as they have pre paid for years in advance.

Mr Mason/Belize Ocean Club continues to act as they have in the above links.  There will be more websites and social media groups in the coming weeks unless appropriate commpenastion is made to my client.

My name is Ben Mason and neither myself or Belize Ocean Club owe any companies any money for marketing services. We have only ever used one company and the contract we had with them clearly stated that they were responsible for their own marketing costs and expenses. They made one sale and received their full commission within the agreed timeframe. Myself and the resort are ready and willing to enter into any arbitration or dialogue with legal representiatives and have the full legal paperwork, signed by the company in question, to demonstrate that this claim has absolutely no grounds whatsoever.
