 Ben Moss Jewellers Ltd. This company has now filed for Bankruptcy protection and consumers like myself who have purchased Lifetime Service Plans for jewelry purchased from the retailer are now out of luck. These Lifetime service plans were priced in the hundreds and were a key selling feature on top of jewelry prices paid at the store. Employees were very persistent on selling these warranties to consumers. All the capital raised from these service plans has gone to the books of Ben Moss Jewelers and they now mention that they will no longer honour these warranty plans. This is a scam at the highest level, and they are protected by corporate bankruptcy laws.
