Bench Craft Company John Light, Charley Cobb Scam Artists!!!!! Do not give them your credit card information!!!!! Portland Oregon
I purchased advertising from Bench Craft Company in August of 2013. As my paperwork indicates from the company, all of my charges were paid in full and I have evidence of the 0(zero) dollar balance in the paperwork and emails that I recieved from Bench Craft. On Nov 18, 2013 I recieved a call from Bench Craft claiming that they were calling to confirm that I had recieved and approved my proof. When I checked my bank account the next day I was astonished to see that my bank account had been charged an additonal $750 by this company.
I did not authorize this payment and they REFUSE to refund my money and correct their error. I've been forced to dispute the charge with my bank to resolve this issue and forced to order another card because these crooks have my card information. The way that I have been treated is criminal and blatently illegal. Do not give this company your credit card information!!!!!!!! This is not a legitiment, honest business. They are con-artist who will charge your credit card $750 without authorization or just cause.
