They have an email link on there website for customer service input. I took advantage of it and sent them an email and called the bank "stupid" for some of there dumb business practices so they closed my account without warning and said it was just over my email. They didn't even bother to call me and tell me they were closing my account. This is so crazy it seems to good to be true. What if I would have been out of state on vacation or something and would have gotten stranded without my debit card. Do yourself a favorite and take your business elsewhere.

You felt compelled to write them about their dumb business practices and you want people to believe that all you wrote is that they were stupid.
Okay well why not tell us what business practices you found stupid enough to write them but not tell them about.

What else besides 'stupid' did you call them?
This would not happen to me because I doubt seriously if I would call them names.
I can see how they might not feel motivated to give you the best priority service.

I wonder what business practices you found stupid? I would also find it very interesting to see the e-mail that you sent them.
