Complaint Review: Benchmark Financial

Benchmark Financial are professional scammers!!! They are in the business of calling small businesses like mine asking if we need working capital. of course, they ask for 1st/ last month deposit and basically approve you. we sent in $5,000. when you wait for the money to come through, they'll give you every reason in the book to state that underwriting is not approving. when you want to cancel, you find out they've already deposited your check without your approval.

People, you do NOT have to lose all your money. PLEASE take them to small claims!!! if it is more than $7,000, you can do civil. I did small claims and WON my judgement against them. They will rebuke and even counter, then ask for another retrial but you will WIN as i have won TWICE.

Now, after your judgement comes, you CAN collect on it. Please find a good judgment enforcer who can locate the bank accounts of Marcus Davin.

IMPT: when you file, do NOT file it against Benchmark. File it against the CEO Marcus Davin as he will have all the funds in HIS bank account. Benchmark might not be worth anything so even if you collect, the company might have no money. Rest assured the CEO will.

I hope this helps and people who have been scammed, please DO NOT sit and give up. PLEASE report them to the POLICE, FBI, FTC, etc. I did everything and filed suit and it all pays off. P.S.- once a bank levy is done, the court will give you the fees back. Good luck!
