When I placed my order for 2 sets of bendaroos I was charged $19.99 per set and then charged $7.99 shipping and handling. I was charged $7.99 per set I ordered. The total bill came to $59.26. When everything was completed with my credit card there was no confirmation or review of my order before it was finalized.

I was disappointed for 2 reasons. One I felt like I was ripped off with the shipping and handling. It is coming from the same place and shipped to the same place. I am sure one fee of $7.99 would be suffiecient for the two items being shipped. Second after by passing the express shipping and having it mailed standard shipping I was informed my package would not get to me for 4 to 6 weeks.

I had no way to change my shipping option after I found out the shipping time. I felt like I was out of control with the entire process. I did recieve a order number but still have not recieved an e-mail confirmation and I must wait 12 to 24 hours for anything to process. I do not like the fact there is no review of anything you order or any extra shipping rates and tax. They just add it all up and give you a total after you have already entered your credit card number and you have no way of cancelling or changing your order.

I highly recommend you go through another company as I have to get your bendaroos. It was clear and I was able to review my order and I recived the entire order for $10.00 less.
