I recommended a friend to Bender & Bender disability lawyers based on the (deceptive) t.v advertising.
She is stone deak in one ear which makes it impossible to function in her profession.
Anglela, from Bender & Bender asked my friend if she could use her hands. She replyed yes, I just can't hear enough to do my job. Angeal's response was, " then your not disabled, we can't help you".
Bender & Bender advertise how liberal they are representing clients. Apparantly, Bender & Bender only take the no brainer cases.
What a dissapointment.

She was probably told no because being deaf in one ear does not make you completely disabled. There are many jobs she can do. They are only going to take case where there is a chance to win. I used Bender and Bender and they were awesome.
