Benderball charged my account for something I never ordered Internet

I ordered a Benderball online. The package I ordered included the Benderball and 2 DVD's for about $22 which was charged to my account once the merchandise had shipped. It took about 2-3 months to receive it from the date I ordered it, but was happy it finally came. A few months after I received it, I noticed an additional charge on my credit card from Benderball for about $48. After googling "benderball scam" and seeing more than one instance, I immediately reported a fraudulent charge to my credit card company. The credit card company agreed that the charge was indeed fraudulent and they immediately canceled that credit card account, created a new one and reported my case to the BBB. They are refunding my account for the $48 and I am in the process of receiving my new credit card information.
I am glad that I went directly to my credit card company rather than dealing with Benderball after reading about so many complaints about them. The only down side now is that I have to go through the hassle of changing my automatic payments and monthly charges to my new account, but if that means that benderball will not have my new account information, then I am happy with that.
