My wife has several loans with Beneficial also. She has paid a few of them off, and still has 2 or 3. She is ahead on the payments.

Since I started working overseas, and she has started working a new job, our pay comes only once a month, she requested that the payment get moved from the 15th of the month to the first of the month, which the customer service agent told her O.K. and sent her the papers. She sent them back, and got it confirmed that she would have the payments moved to the first of the month.

Even though everything was O.K.'d by Beneficial, she is still receiving between 3 - 7 harrassing phone calls per day on the answering machine, some that include profanity.
