beneficial client care ripoff they took my money and I am pissed off lake park Florida
it's been more than a month now when they took the money out of my account and still no card I spoke with a couple of people and was fortunate enough to leave 4 messages but no return phone calls. When I spoke to them they first told me that they do not use UPS anymore because of delivery problems and they said they were mailing out my card.
Fine, but when I was able to get in touch with them they said my card was not sent out yet and they are going to send it out that day and I will get it the next week. Ok. It's now more than a month and no card. I am pissed off that I just found this site and I want to find out if anybody has filed any legal actions with this company. I want to get involve to get my $249 back.
