They Got Me!!!!! This company( or lack there of)took $250.00 out of my checking account for a credit card that I will probably never receive. This happened in August 2002, and now it's October 28th 2002, and have not received anything from them.

I was told that it would arrive 10-15 days from the time of the withdrawel from my account, they lied. Lie #2 I then contacted them about not recieving my card in a timely manner I was then told that it had been put in the mail with my welcome packet.

What welcome packet? This is the packet that your card information is suppose to come in, and all you have to do is choose the bank that you wanted to finance your card account.That was a lie!!! Know I'm still trying to contact them , and they have this bulls--- answering service that either is always full or takes messages that will never get a response.

I feel so taken because I'd never given anyone permission to touch my account like this before, and now I know why. Because of people like Benefial Client Care. I just want my $250 back, and will chuck the rest up to being a life's lesson.
