Beneficial Health Group ripoff STOLE $ 299.00 from me and NEVER even sent the card Clearwater Florida
Like everyone else complaining about this company, I recieved a phone call from this jerk!!. I'm 19 years old and fresh out of high school so I've been wanting to build some credit. When he offered me a 2,000 dollar limit of course I jumped on the idea.
But, the guy had told me that the money WOULD NOT be taken out of my account UNTIL I activated the card. So when the money went missing out of my account I went crazy. I called them and asked what had happened and they admitted to taking the money but told me there was nothing they could do about it but file a report on the man that had given me false information. After DEMANDING to speak to a supervisor, they told me that their supervisors don't talk to customers and there was nothing the supervisor could do either.
Well, I knew I was moving soon, so I gave them my new address and asked that my card be mailed there. On the day of my move (while driving) I get a phone call from a so-called Fed Ex driver who said he was at my house trying to deliver me an envelope from Beneficial Health Group. When I asked him for the number to Fed Ex, he asked me for my new address and said not to worry that he would make sure the package got sent to my new address. A week went by so I decided to find the number myself. I called Fed Ex and they had no record of my name or either one of my addresses. I still to this day have not recieved a card.
Today's date is April 30th. They took the money out of my account on March 12th. Unfortunatly I closed that account because I was moving and now I'm pretty much screwed. At 19 years old I d**n sure could not afford the $300 dollars they STOLE from me!!
