I was called by a lady who said her name was Christina Wilson and that she worked for the Beneficial Health Group. They have a medical discount program with doctors, hospitals, pharmacies and other medical services. They said 10-15 days, it took over a month.

When it came, the folder is full of offers for FastCash, a loadable debit mastercard, a security system offer, a cell phone offer, digital camera, free gifts that cost you money, discount grocery coupons. Absolutely nothing about a health discount plan. I was also told that I was preapproved for a unsecured credit card with a $2,000 limit. I have seen absolutely nothing on this. I have called and asked to speak to a supervisor.

The "customer service" people remind you that the $299.00 that I payed for the packet is nonrefundable. I told them that because they defrauded me that they should send my money back. Of course, they absolutely do not give at all. I told them I was going to complain on the internet. Call the local news about the rip off and contact the State Attorney to file a fraud complaint.
