beneficial finance sucks,you can NEVER speak with the same person twice/they do NOT go along with remodification (even if you contact HUD) HUD is getting no where with them to help us remodify our mortgage loan,yes we are behind due to the economy,sent a payment through western union quick collect on 3/19/10, they still HAVE NOT posted it to the accounts as of 3/26. They are very rude when speaking to them on the telephone,my name is not on the acct.husband has faxed written authorization  (4) times ,so they can speak to me, when I questioned this payment not being posted to acct.They could no longer find the authorization on file,to discuss the account with me.
They will tell you,they DO NOT have to go along with remodification!!!!I certainly would NOT recomment this company to anyone out there,their customer service sucks, BEWARE of beneficial
