Beneficial - Member Of HSBC Group beneficial they state i am behind on my mortgage payments from january 09 and february 09 and i call and am not able to talk to any in charge buffalo, New York

my mortgage is with beneficial, hsbc, and i have had problems with them continuously since 2006. i was in easy-pay and they would take payments out of my account that i did not authorize, making my account overdrawn; they told me they would reimburse the payment that took over a week to receive - my account was still overdrawn during that time. 


they now state that i am behind in my payments from 01/09 and 02/09 which i dispute, and i call and i cannot talk to a supervisor or anyone that will help with this.  


i show in my records that i am up-to-date and there is a payment of over $400 which they say is not there.  they keep jerking me around saying that i'm current and at this point i don't know what to do. 


i have called them 5 times today, 12/30/09, and have gotten nowhere. i asked for a faxed copy of my payment history which i have not received as of yet.  they put my into a supervisor's voicemail - with no return call.
