Complaint Review: Benificial Finance

I paid my loan in full on 02-02-04. Shortly there after I received conformation that the loan was satisfied and that I was due a refund of $743.28 for un-used interest.

I called the office on 02-023-04, spoke with Pam. I was told the check number and she would check further.

I called again on 03-24-04, talked with Charolett. She indicated the check was mailed out on 02-24-04.

I called again on 03-29-04, talked with Pam, who said the check was mailed on 03-26-04 and to call if I did not receive it.

I called again on 04-01-04,this time Charlotte again. This time she said the check was cashed on 03-03-04. She indicated she was not certain who to call to rectify this problem. I told her I would call again tomorrow.

I will NEVER use this bank again and I hope this complaint keeps others from being taken as I have. I am currently out of work and need MY money. I keep getting calls from them offering me all kinds of loans. What a laugh!!
