Ben also was to do work for me and complete it in 7-10 business days. A month later and still nothing. He also had me pay via paypal immediately before he would start the work. Almost immediately he started avoiding me, not returning calls and then emailing to say the next day or a couple days later it would be done. I finally told him to forget it today. When I asked for my website passwords (3 times now) he never responded then said it would be Monday before he could provide that information. I generally have a patience but in this case he would say it will be done and then nothing, he wouldn't even email me to tell me he was off schedule. I would have to reach to him and then he would respond with his standard answer of it would be completed in the next day or so.

I might also mention, he did move the site to another host site, but it has sat there for weeks. I do not recommend this company.
