Complaint Review: Benjamin Wade

Benjamin Wade, lived at a friends house, and describes himself as a master pot grower. He claims that he has invented a way to grow like Jack in the Beanstalk, where if you used his method, and invention, your plants will grow at least 4 inches every day  He comes off as very intelligent, but when you get to know him, you feel like he definitely has something majorly wrong with him. He is extremely paranoid.  He maybe on some kind of drugs.  He tries to make you feel sorry for him, by telling you that he has testicular cancer, and that he can't afford surgery.  He claims that he grew up as an army brat, and that his father wants to kill him.  He carries a hunting knife usually on his side.  He knows some martial arts, and is very knowledgable with nunchucks.  He has a shotgun, and will threaten to use it.  Once he gets into your home, you will need to PAY HIM TO LEAVE, or go through the time and aggravation of going to court and having him evicted.  ADVICE avoid this individual at all cost, or it will end up costing you.  Don't bring him around your home period.  My friend had to pay him off $3000 to leave his home, and after he FINALLY was out, the house was robbed within a day or two and many things were taken.  Do this individual a good deed, and you will probably be punished, as the saying goes.
