Complaint Review: Benn Robert Wilcox

Owes over $42,000.00 in pass due child support.
Does not call son or daughter.

Does not supply children with any address or phone number so they may call him when they need to hear his voice or know that he still loves them and cares for them.
Gabriel, his oldest did not received birthday or christmas presents this year. His daughter, Taryn, received a present for her birthday, but no call or christmas presents.

The children feel abandoned and deserted by the only father they have ever known. Benn told Gabriel that he was almost given up for adoption, Gabe has always been wanted and loved...his father wanted Gabe to feel un wanted. What kind of father would say such a thing. He writes on cards telling his daughter that he can't wait to see her again and have her in his life..but he never calls. He is a liar and fake. He avoids the d\certified mail so he doesn't have to answer the courts. He takes no responsibility for his children. I'm sure his girlfriend won't give him premission to contact his children by phone due to her insecurities...Benn is reaising a daughter that isn't his own while he neglects the two biological children here in Michigan. Benn is a dirt bag and a conartist.

Benn Wilcox's actions are under review for a Feloney Warrant. I can only pray that he gets whats coming to him. Help take care of your children...do something. They don't deserve to be punished for your evil doings. You b*****d.
