We called this company to repair our air conditionor cord, they replaced the cord with a used one for 95.00 which was ok, but in the process of replacing the cord the men screwed up our unit.
I called them back to report the problems we were having, they came back and checked it out. They then informed us it would cost more money for parts and labor!
I thought your crazy you screwed it up, it shouldn't cost us anything with it being your fault. Our unit is only 4 yrs old and was working fine before these guys got hold of it.
People who work in this field are suppose to be well trained and know what the're doing. These guys we're not professionals at all, true professionals make things right when they are at fault.
