Bennett cares to get your business. Meaning your load. In my case it is a F-150.
After they get the load and the down payment, they care:
• Not to respond to your emails.
• Not to answer the phone if you call in.
• To lie constant during the dispatch about the progress.
• Not at all about your goods, meaning the load they got to transport.
• Not at all to provide any information why they are late and what is the reason for that.
• Not care at all to provide a new ETA.
• Not care at all about the problem their more that a week late arrival may cause.
• Not care at all about you.
• They are simple care to make your experience with them as miserable as possible.
That is Bennett.
