Complaint Review: Bennett International Group is a logistics & transportation

Do Not work for Bennett Transportation or any divisions. You will regret it as a driver and your wallet will shrink. I break down why.

1. Recruiting lies- I was told all gang runs have a tow car and will pick you up same day and get you back to company base. A Lie. I paid $70.00 with NO reimburstment by Bennett for NOT having a promised tow car.

2.Fuel Cards Not working. The fuel card does not work. Once you call to get your fuel card to work if after 5 pm eastern time, you will get a very mean woman at home with her family and you are interupting this woman and she blames you for fuel card not working. Her purpose is one to lie about your conversation and Bennett will place your contract on hold with NO loads becasue of her lies and because you interupted her at the dinner table. This is a very unprofessional company.

3. Tattle tail culture. They do keep track and write it up when you do confront or mention all the company problems. You get three strikes against you to corporate you will be placed on hold until they review your mental state of mind. When their minds needs to be evaluated. Has nothing to do with compliance only because three persons mostly women stated you hurt their feelings in a converation about the company's unprofessional behaviour. They will also mark you at a trucking company review of you either for company policy violationtions a atempt to destroy your career as a driver.

4. The math at .50 x 1000 miles is $500.00. 2 days to delivery the load and 2 days dead head at .11 CPM coming back since they do Not have a trucks to drive back to home base cost is $110.00 minus 500.00 leaves you with $390.00 for working 4 days equals $97.50 per day. Does Not include hotels,motels,food expense which will bring you down to less than $50.00 a day. Whom can live on this money. No person unless you want to be homeless.

5. Expense to tow car. Tow car with tow bar and tow package will cost you average of $3000.00 investment. All for $50.00 per day. Not worth it not to mention all other company unprofessional problems.

6. Short trips refueling. Since this company is so cheap if your trip is only 200 miles, Bennett is counting on the 1/4 tank of free fuel given by the manufacture. You will first be given half for first fuel stop, then only after you call the woman whom after hours is eating dinner with her family whom you will regret evert talking too, will then release the rest. Instead of using comon sense and giving you all the fuel at one time.

Do Not ever work for the unprofessional,under paid entity. They will keep you broke and poor,lie about you and detroy your career.
