I responded to a TV commercial for a free Espresso and Cappucinno maker. The computer required credit card info before it would give pricing of coffee, info on how many or how often you had to order. There was no option to speak to a person.

The computer asked if you wanted to order 12 boxes and gave options to press for yes and no. I pressed no and it just kept asking the same question and I kept pressing no. Zero would not bring a person on the line so I finally had to hang up.

I called back and got the toll-free customer service # and tried to call it. It was a nonworking # so I called my credit card company right away to make sure they did not process an order that I did not make. It had not come through at that time but did later.

I tried calling over and over but just kept getting put on hold and then disconected. I finally got through and they said the server was down and would not help me by taking manual notes and checking later or calling me back. Later attempts for phone assistance were futile. I emailed them.

I requested return postage labels but they kept emailing me telling me where to send it back and pretending they could not help me with my customer#. They wanted personal info in my email - which I would not provide. The charge has been disputed.
