Complaint Review: Benny Dinsmore

Benny Dinsmore. It was a the one terrible experience, when real estate broker convincing you to spend thousands of dollars on renovations, paying for it (as he said) to his own company then having 51 showings in 30 says in highly desired area (Frisco TX) and – NO Offers, No Follow Ups, No feed backs.

Benny Dinsmore convinced us to break a contract with our current (at the time) real estate agent and now he is refusing to break contract with us. After 51 showings we found our own Cash buyer and he want to get paid commissions on that deal. Well he will get nothing, because our contract with him will expire on June 30th and July 1st house will be sold.

That is kind of awkward. I will tell you in the details what kind of p***k is Benny Dinsmore how it all started when I gather all info, since we still fighting him to just cancel contract and be a friends a part. He talk us into some renovations that suppose to sell our house quicker and he paid (that what he said) $5,500 to his own company Get Ready Homes LLC for those renovations what seems to be a conflict of interest.  This info probably will be enough for now. I’ll add as we go.
