This was a great business until Ben Emmerich sold it to a high finance bankster who cares nothing about giving the customer less ice than they ordered. The new owner is a guy named Kevin Gillis (google search) of "Boston Private" bank. Lately he's been selling crappy sublimated broken pieces because he doesn't have fresh pellets or blocks. His 50lb bags weighed in at 44lbs. which adds up when you are buying 12 bags. The ice was covered in water frost which indicates the Dry Ice has been sitting for days since it's manufacture date. Don't buy dry ice if it's not coming direct from the manufacturer and it's best to use it less than 15 to 20 hrs from the time it is made. Bens Dry Ice is old STAY AWAY!
