I placed a deposit for over $11000 for a car. Neither myself nor the dealer could secure financing that had an acceptable interest rate. The salesman agreed to refund my deposit immediatly. It took me at least 20 phone calls and a phone call to the head of customer service to speak to the person who would be sending the check. The check was promised to be mailed overnight on Dec 10. I still have not received my money and cannot get anyone to return my phone calls. I cannot get an actual person to answer the phone at all.
