This site advertizes puppies for sale. After contacting owner, he gave us an address where we could see the puppies. Like an idiot we sent a down payment by Western Union.
The next day we went to the adddress he gave us and found a vacant house that was for sale. After speaking to him by phone we got numerous stories.
He promised to give us a refund, but not ever arrived. Do not do business with him. During our puppy search we called a person that said he was in Richmond Virginia, but we were getting de ja vu. SCAMS
