I had purchased a medium Balenciaga De Lix (white) online from Bergacci (www.bergacci.com) in mid May 2006 and received it on the 29th of May 2006. They claimed in their website that their bags were all authentic. The bag costs USD$ 695.00. I used a Visa credit card for online payment. Name on the credit card used for payment was Eileen G. The order number is 1090013xxx. I also have the tax invoice that I printed from their website.

I returned the bag on the same day as the bag was a fake and I was not satisfied. I returned the bag to their central returns facility (according to the email generated by Bergacci and then followed their other instructions) (RMA Number: G7890U, Tracking No.: EE713988936AU, Carrier: EMS International Courier). The bag reached 8721 Santa Monica Blvd #1330 Los Angeles CA 90069-4507 (Their central returns facility) on 1 June 2006. But they charged for the bag on the credit card on 1 June 2006. Till today there has been no refund as promised (their website said they will refund in 5 business days).

I have lodged 8 complaints and enquiries on their website for a refund since then and also provided a proof of delivery docket from the United States Postal Service but no one has yet to contact me (Bergacci website does not provide a phone number or address).

I am at a loss of what I can do. Please advise. Thank you.
