Complaint Review: Berger & Company Recycling Inc

I contacted Berger & Company Recycling on Wednesday, July 30, 2014 and spoke to a man who claimed to be a part owner of the business. I calmly asked for the president of the company, who my records showed to be Charles Sinel. I was told he was unavailble which is pretty common as he is the president of the company but when I asked if there was someone else available to speak with, be it at vice president or general manager I was told that there was two people. One that handled the a*s holes, and the other that handled the pieces of s**t like myself who was calling. This man had no knowldge what the nature of my call was nor what my intentions were, and I was accused of being a scam artist and a con man and probablly some type of cheap sales ni*ger. In fact I am a colleg student who is doing a research paper on how recylcing can be profitable and beneficial for the environment and  my seach just so happened to return this company. I was schocked and appaled at how poorly someone could be treated by a man who claimed to be an owner of the company without even asking for the nature of my call. I called back and spoke to another man who a little kinder but not much and he somewhat apoligized but still did not ask what my call was in regard to and hung up on me. I would never recomend this company to anybody and frankly do not know how they stay in business as I am still shocked at how poorly they could treat someone, unaware if I was a potential customer, or a college student. Even if I was salesman I found the way they handled my call unprofessional to say the least and that is putting it mildly. I have never came across a more disrepectful company in my life!!!
