Beringer Fine Homes Berringer Fine Homes, Tim Beringer, Beringer BERINGER'S QUALITY AND MANAGEMENT SERVICES RANKS LOWEST IN THE STATE Scottsdale, Arizona
Beringer Fine Homes is operating in Scottsdale Arizona, however they are running an operation that is hurting the owners , subcontractors and especially the economy. The management and employees fail to offer the information needed to have a project completed on time and especially with the up most quality. I would be afraid to step foot into a home completed by Tim. His supervision allows subs to do what ever they want, make their own decisions, and complete when and how they want. This ensures a complete disaster when it comes to the final product. Beringer also fails to recognize work being completed by subcontractors which automatically puts money right in his pocket. He chooses to push the subcontractors so hard that they do not care about there product, and beats them up on price so you can ensure they are sending the most unqualified people to complete the project. Also, you can only expect liens and lawyer expenses working with Tim, because his methods of accounting are so confusing, that you will not know what is going on. Beringer Fine Homes is only in it for himself, you would most defiantly talk to other builders.

There is no such ranking as stated in this post. The fact is, BFH is ranked as one of AZ top lux home buildrs by Phx Bus Journal and other sources. This website is an open forum and postings are unsubstantiated and undocumented. For factual information, contact the AZ Regstr of Contractrs or the BBB. Since 1986 (over 25 years) BFH has maintained a flawless record with both! The quality of our homes speaks for itself.
BFH was hired as a project manager for a project where a trade contractor submitted bogus invoicing. We meticulously track purchases and subcontracts and this trade contractor tried to pass off double billings to our client. These billings were exposed and rejected as well as his services being terminated. This posting was made in retaliation. Apparently the tradesman fell on hard times and was trying to submit fraudulent billings to a number of builders. He made a number of posts on this forum against other reputable builders.
