I too, decided to order online the product Altovis from Berkeley Premium Nutraceuticals after having seen it advertized on the t.v. I put little faith in such products, but I am very open to alternative products as supplements. I ordered the so-called "free" sample without reading the fine print and when I recieved the product found that I was automatically signed-up for their automatic delivery/billing system. I didn't want to continue that way, so I immediately got onto the internet and tried to cancel at askberkely.com. Having spent nearly an hour making my way through their website, with no luck at all accessing the appropriate page, I stumble across this site and found what I was looking for.

I did what Deborah in New Jersey suggested. Go to askenzyte.com. Click on Altovis at the left and look for the cancellation form. I filled it out, got a confirmation number, and I am hoping this takes care of any future billing headaches. I don't really think this is a major rip-off, but as a consumer, I need to be alittle more educated and read the fine print (if I can find it!) before I purchase anything.
