poor poor response from this organization's editor, Daniella Thompson.

So defensive about the Julia Morgan tour of 2012. And what does this association official say? Basically she hides behind pseudo legalism...we never said such and such. And says

"I am not customer service, and you are not a customer."

Even though three of us paid $45 each for tickets?

That's not the point. This organization included several buildings that had been renovated beyond recognition of much of any of the Morgan style. The two residence halls had carpets that reeked of beer. The BAHA couldn't get the guys to clean up for one Sunday?

Daniella Thompson...very defensive, very self-righteous, epitome of poor customer service. But then again, she doesn't consider herself part of customer service. Everyone in an organization s part of customer service! We we three are not customers, then I'd sure like our money back! That'll be $135 please.

The three of us will never attend another Berkeley Architectural Heritage Association event again.

Contrary to his claim, Ed Lee did not pay $45 for a ticket to BAHA's Julia Morgan tour of November 2012. The ticket price for that tour was $25. Mr. Lee never complained at the time of the tour. Instead, he waited 18 months before sending a highly insulting e-mail to one of BAHA's volunteers. Following an e-mail exchange in which Mr. Lee expressed himself in a manner designed expressly to taunt and provoke, he was advised to stay away from BAHA events in the future. This ripoff report is his petty way of wreaking revenge on a non-profit organization whose mission is to educate the public about Berkeley's architectural heritage.
