This company is a total rip-off. They billed my credit card twice in less than a month. When contacted they say there is nothing they can do, that they have a no refund no return policy. I told them their product does not work and I want my money back. I also let the "lady" know that it had been less than 24 days since they billed me for the "sample". She only said she would include it in her report, but other than that, there was nothing she could do.

I am reporting the company to the BBB as well as any other web site that will let me, and telling EVERYONE I know how badly this company represents itself!! DO NOT deal with these people!! They offer a free sample and then "automatically" charge you and bill you for future orders. They count on the fact that people will not have time or remember to cancel their order, therefore they get free money for a useless product.

I work in Customer Care and I might be able to help. At work, my hands are tied. We are not allowed to issue credits, because it goes against us. Too many credits and we are jobless. That is the way that they are.

Ideas.

1) Call your credit card company and dispute the charges. This works in most cases. It also earns the company a mark against them.

2) If that did not work, you will have to see your doctor and have them type up a letter stating that you are not able to take the product. Fake an allergy to the product or say that it conflicts with your medication. Then call Customer Care back. Once you start that line of dialogue, we tell you that you will need to get a letter (which you already have now) and that you will have to fax it in. Get the fax number from us. (it changes from time to time)

Once you fax that in, we have a team that handles faxes. They will begin the credit process. This is the ONLY way to get credit from us. It usually takes 30 days for it to show on your account though.

Also, we at Customer Care are trained to try and save you as a customer. IF YOU TAKE ANY OFFER, YOU ARE STILL ON A PLAN and YOU WILL BE CHARGED MORE. Just keep saying NO.

i just finished looking at offer for free 30 day supply of altovis and i was suspicious because my cc was required so i found this site and am very thankful for the info provided that confirmed my suspicians about this offer. without sites like these we get scammed by unethical businesses. than you.

My husband ordered something "free" from them and I saw this site and immediately closed the credit card that he used for the shipping. They gave us a completely different number so nothing can be charged from this company in the future. That might be the best way to solve this problem.
