This company advertises on tv several nutraceuticals and offers free sample for cost of shipping. Going to web site to order it is not easily evident you will be automactically enrolled in an auto ship program with auto billing to credit card acct.

This info is buried in info about another offer. The web site I ordered from was updated and the name of the Managed Care Program involving billing insurance was deleted but they added a new program called Value Added. I have filed an online complaint with the Atty General of Ohio....it is very easy to do. Google Atty General Ohio and the link will come up..make sure to go to the official gov site. This can have an impact if enough consumers complain. If you had trouble finding site to cancel your auto ship program it may be due to misspelling the address, make sure to include 2 e's in the spelling of berkeley

I also filed a complaint with the Ohio AG and with the Florida AG ( my home state). I'm also sending a copy of my complaint that I send to Berkeley to the FTC-Federal Trade Commission CRC-240, Washington, DC 20580, to the Cincinnati Enquirer, The Cincinnati Post, NPI-The Natural Products Business to Business Center. This site reports news on nutraceutical companies (Address: 2000 Argentia Rd., Plaza 4, Suite 270, Mississauga, Ontario L5N 1W1 Fax-905-363-0439)and to my credit card company and possibly the local Cincinnati television station. I figure if they get annoyed and bothered enough by the media and the AG's offices they will start refunding.
Good luck to all.
