Complaint Review: Berkeley Pharmaceutical

The company would not refund our money because they said that the money-back guarantee information was on the web site. We checked the website carefully before ordering and did not see anything about a money-back guarantee.

Also we were told they could not accept the product back, after we had already sent it back to them. Again, they said information was on website but we did not find it.
