I ordered a Free sample from Berkeley Premium Pharmaceuticals and Somehow magically was enrolled in a program that shipped and billed me for 120 day supply.

Unfortunately, I used my debit card and $70 was deducted without my consent. As soon as the product arrived - I didn't open it and returned it the next day.

They sent me a post card that I had been removed from the program and that they had received my return. But they refuse to refund my money.

The customer service people and managers are extremely rude and make you feel like you are stupid. They claim to have a no refund policy and could care less that they are stealing money from you.

I tried to ask them how they can justify stealing $70 from me when I have no product since it was returned and no service. They just say that is our policy and basically they have no intelligent or helpful people working there.

I am so angry. I will try to dispute the charge with my credit union.... I only wish I had used a regular credit card.

How can this fradulent company stay in business ?
