Berkeley Pharmaceuticals I ordered a product from their web site product never came I called them and they had me re-order on April 25th over the phone Stories change with each cal Internet

It started with an ad in a magazine, I saw a product I wanted from Berekeley Phramceuticals and ordered via web-site with credit card. After a week I called to check on the order and they required me to reorder because the original order "got lost in their system."

I placed the phone order in early April. After numerous phone calls (1-866-834-1715), and receiving different versions of where my product was, they told me it had shipped on the 25th of April. Today I called with yet another follow-up and was told it shipped out today. I told them to cancel this order and all subsequent orders and am fearful that my credit card will continue to be charged and that this nightmare will never end.

Please assist me if you can and give me advise on how to take care of this transaction.
