I ordered altovis, free sample for 4.50, 60 days worth for 70.00, none of this works, they say after 90 days it should work, feels like I am taking sugar pills, no effect at all. Company is a fraud. I am out 74.50 and have nothing to show for it.

It's not free!!! if you have to pay for the product. I was lead to believe that I was getting Enzyte free and then charged 69.95 for a test product that was not even used. I understood the shipping charge but was unclear that I would be charged more without my consent. I also recieved bank overdraft charges that are not refundable due to me not knowing that I was going to be automatically charged. I want a full refund, Not a partial one the guy on the phone gave a partial refund the conf. No. is 20045270 I will be calling the BBB of West Michigan with a complaint also if my mony is not refunded in full by the 27 of Aug,2004

I ordered a so-called sleeping from Berkeley Premium Nutraceuticals, one of those advertised on TV for a 30 day sample for the $4.95 postage. Then I get papers with the order and find that I am to receive something every 60 days. What I ordered doesn't work, so why should I want more? However, it is impossible to get a call through to them or find their website. Rip-off Big Time!

I only ordered the 30 day sample. I explained that my doctor stated he only wanted me on this for 30 days.I said I would pay for shipping and handling and that was it. No 60 or 90 day supply was ordered. They told me all about how I could save money but I explained again that this order was only for a sample.
I have now recieved a 60 day supply and they charged my credit card $70.00.
I did cancel on their web site (askberkely.com)and received my comfirmation number but now I have to fight to get the charge off my card.
I called 4 times and was put on hold at least 15-20 minutes each time. I finally got ahold of a person and they are looking into it.
I will let you know the out come.
