Have you seen the commercials for "Enzyte"? They're on TV all the time and they offer a free 30 day supply. All you have to do is pay the shipping with your credit card, as soon as they have your credit card number...watch out. What they don't like you to know is that they will continue sending the product, whether you ask or not, and billing your credit card $70 a month until you call them, wait over an hour for a customer service person and cancel the whole thing.

I called to cancel and get return information as soon as I recieved my new supply and was informed that it cannot be returned even though its in sealed bubble, tamper proof packaging. They got their $70 from me dishonestly, don't let them get you, too.

Its just this kind of unscrupulous business that makes all americans look bad and dishonest.

A little help for refunds

I'm a former employee, and we were told that if a customer threatens to write a letter to the BBB or State Attorney General, then to just refund the money. The standard refund is a partial refund, but the customer service agent can put in a request for a full refund (minus shipping and handling), but you have to do the above steps. It also helps to fax them a copy of a letter. Also, if you ordered more than one product from Berkeley (most people order Rovicid and Avlimil or Enzyte and Avlimil) make u sure u specify that when cancelling orders.

Hope this helps
