Berkeley Premium Nutraceuticals Don't Fall for the "12 month money back guarantee" what a JOKE Cincinnati Ohio
Don't believe the "12 month guarantee" advertised by Berkeley for their Avlimil product. They just use that to sucker you into sticking with them for 12 months. After 3 months of using Avlimil with no effect, I called to cancel my automatic shipments. The rep encouraged me to continue for the full 12 months, and if not satisfied I'd get a full refund. I did my part - they didn't! No refund, just an extra $315 wasted. ($420 total!)
Their explanation - since I started Avlimil in June 2003, and their guarantee didn't take effect until September 2003 - I had to take it for 15 months in order for me to be eligible for my 12 month guarantee. Sorry, I don't see the logic. It would have been nice if their rep had told me that in October - I would have cancelled and only wasted $105. What he told me was that the exact months wouldn't matter, as long as I used the product for 12 consecutive months. Guess I should have gotten that in writing!
