they included a free supply of ogoplex without my permission. after free supply i called to tell not to send anymore products. they sent more, with a post-it telling me if this was sent in error call. i callled may 10.'04 they told me to send it back,l i did, then i received a letter telling me they they will not credit my credit card. they keep giving me the run around
