Complaint Review: Berkeley Premium Nutraceuticals

Berkeley Premium Nutraceuticals ripoff I received the last of the 12 month supply of Advilmil. No benefits from it. Appears an attorney needed to get my money back. Cincinnati Ohio

After taking Avlimil for 90 days, I saw no benefit whatsoever. Since I was obligated to take it for one year in order to obtain a refund if it didn't work, I continued to take it...still with no benefits.

I received the last of my 12 month supply and came online to cancel any further orders. After reading about all the scams, I sent an email to the adress I listed above. My request for a refund looks dim, from what I have read, without legal help.
I am willing to pay more than I am owed to sue. The scams must be stopped.

I am an employee of Berkeley Premium and in response to Diane's complaint I can say that the 12 month money back guarantee was established in September of 2003. If she has been using the Avlimil continuiously since September of last year and is not fully satisfied she can contact our customer care department at 1-866-834-1715. They will offer a full refund less shipping and handling. Once that refund is approved with our credit department it would show up in her account within 7 business days.
I do advise Diane and others to call this number and speak to a representative or a supervisor.
