On 3/22/04 we ordered the FREE sample of Altovis. There was a bar that indicated to "click here" to get further savings. When we did that, our credit card was automatically charged for $79+. We called the 800 number immediately and were told the order would not go thru. We called the next day, and again told it did not go thru. We received a 90-day supply a few days later.

Thru numerous calls to complain, and many promised by Berkley to refund our money, nothing has been done.
On 4/16/04 we took the matter to our Bank with all the documentation we had - person's names, their ID numbers, etc. It is now 6/8/04 and our bank has done nothing.
We called Berkley tonight and were told they would not give us our money bank. The product was returned to them, but they "don't have any record of it..." A Supervisor by the name of Elicia #5041 told me that there was nothing anyone could do about it. I asked for her Supervisor, and she told me - laughing - that I would never get past her - that she had entered into the system for all calls to be directed to her. I said "so you work 24/7"? and she said "yes".

I told her I doubted that and I would keep trying at different times of the day. She said, again laughling loudly, that the calls would not get past her. I again INSISTED on speaking to her Superior, and she again laughed and said I would not get past her.

I, too had a conversation or two with "Alicia". She is very rude and aggressive. I had my doctor write a statement stating that this product did not work, and I then faxed it to the company. I followed up with a phone call. The CS rep said they had "moved" and were behind on their faxes. I told her I expected my money within two weeks. About a week and a half later, my account was credited in full. Make sure they don't forget you. Report them on every website you can find. I was determined that they were not going to beat me. I told her CS rep this company has a horrible reputation and it is all over the websites. Why Ohio continues to let them operate is beyond me.
