Complaint Review: Berkeley Premium Nutraceuticals

I called the 866-834-1715 number to try the FREE 30 day trial of Altovis product and was told I would only be liable for the shipping charges.

I was offered the product 2 (twice) for continuous use for 12 months. I turned down the representative down both times and was told if I wanted to keep trying the product to call her directly if I wanted to keep the "managed care" which the rep was leading me on, now that I have come to find out my debit card has been charged for this managed care product, which I turned down twice and to top it off, I have not received anyting in the mail aside from the free 30 day pack trial offer.

They teach these people to be very deceiving over the phone to the consumers calling in to try their products. Very misleading! I tried calling back on 061504 number 866-834-1715 and was told I was given a disclaimer over the phone, which I was not told anyting about a disclamier at all, they played back the phone conversation between myself and the rep and you can plainly hear it in English I turned her down twice and nothing was told to me about a disclaimer over the phone.

Very fraudulent, very misleading and I feel I have been robbed right in front of my very own eyes. I was told I would not be reimbursed and the supervisor I spoke with said there would be nobody else I could speak to, which is false and I was not getting my money back.

I was treated very disrespectful over the phone with no type of professionalism whatsoever. These people handling these call centers are a complete joke. This company is getting away with illegal activities and what can a consumer do to stop this!
