Complaint Review: Berkeley Premium Nutraceuticals

So I fell for it. I thought hey it will only cost the shipping of $4.50 to try it for 30 days, so why not.

Well it did nothing at all. So I called to cancel the required managed care, whichs make you agree that they will send you a 60 day supply at the end of the free trial. When I called the estimated hold time was about 10 minutes, but I could go to thier web site and cancel.

So I did, and I received a confirmation saying I would not receive any future shipments. well I did and now I can't find the confirmation. when I called their customer care line they said we have no record of your request to cancel. So to bad, we don't take returns. I am going to send it back anyway, since it does nothing, and that is the first step to disputing the charges on my credit card.
