Berkeley Premium ripoff Cincinnati Ohio
I ordered a free sample of Avlimil and Rovicid and agreed to the shipping charges, I was asked if I would like to join the program and have these shipped 5 days prior to my sample running out. I stated NO, if I wanted their product I would order it on line. 30 days later I received another order and 70.00 was removed from my account, I contacted the company and they refused to allow me to return the product stating it was against FDA regulations and they would not refund my money. I have contacted the Better Business Bureau in Cincinnati and the FTC and have reported the false advertising to both agencies.
